I went to Negril with Bob to check it out. We swam in Bloody
Bay and had lunch on Long Bay. Also known as Seven Mile Beach, it’s a
spectacular beach and very laid back, has Negril town at one end and Bloody Bay
at the other. It isn’t seven miles long though. I bumped into Abby, from Port
Antonio – lovely to see her again. It was my plan to make friends with Lily
Allen. She has a house here, but so far I didn’t bump into her.

Last weekend was Emancipation Day and this week is
Independence Day – holidays and big parties everywhere. I helped Dana with a
charter – a couple from New York for an afternoon sail around the bay, and made
a few bucks.
